"I’ve purchased this baby lotion twice now, and I really love its texture. It feels smooth and pleasant on the skin, and my son really likes the scent. Personally, though, I’m not a big fan of the fragrance. The smell makes me couldn’t breathe. I don’t like it at all. I would love this product even more if it were available without added fragrance. Overall, I really like the lotion and would consider purchasing it again."

Also, neither “customer care” form nor ai bot worked upon contacting Mustela re: my first problem with this shipment (avocado balm crushed / poor packaging). Why am I shelling out so much for something that instantly made me sick?!? Mustela, DO BETTER"

It so intense and different that it gives me a headache. not sure why they changed it but also I'm not sure if I will continue ordering them. Not a fan of that new smell at all."
"I have been using this soap for over 30 years! I was introduced to it by a friend when she gave it to me as a baby gift. I used it on all of my children who have sensitive skin and now my grandchildren. It is the only soap I use as well as I have sensitive skin as well. I give it as a gift to all new Moms I know. I also use the lotion and rinse free water. I also love the insect repellents and perfume. The perfume just has such a light fresh fragrance like the soap and lotion."
