"Instant headache & nearly vomited from smell — why on earth does this have parfum in the middle of its ingredients?!? I thought these products were designed for young children and sensitive folks. I tried this product bc I’ve enjoyed the avocado balm & stelatopia line. Also, neither “customer care” form nor ai bot worked upon contacting Mustela re: my first problem with this shipment (avocado balm crushed / poor packaging). Why am I shelling out so much for something that instantly made me sick?!? Mustela, DO BETTER"

Best baby soap out there!
"I have been using this soap for over 30 years! I was introduced to it by a friend when she gave it to me as a baby gift. I used it on all of my children who have sensitive skin and now my grandchildren. It is the only soap I use as well as I have sensitive skin as well. I give it as a gift to all new Moms I know. I also use the lotion and rinse free water. I also love the insect repellents and perfume. The perfume just has such a light fresh fragrance like the soap and lotion."

New scent not good
"I purchased a restock of our favorite products, hydrabebe lotion, and gentle cleansing gel. So disappointed to realize the signature scent is no longer the same. It’s a new scent, powdery, somewhat sweet, but lacking the appeal of the former floral scent. I loved how my babies smelled and now I can’t stand this smell. We will not be repurchasing."

Miss the previous scent but still love this brand
"My first bottles were purchased in 2024 and they smelled way lighter and fresher than bottles purchased in 2026. The new scent is quite overwhelming but I try to dilute it in the bath."

"I absolutely love this cleansing water! As a private duty pediatric nurse, I use it both personally and for the little one in my care, and it has been fantastic. It's gentle enough to use from head to toe and has never caused a single breakout or any redness. It leaves skin completely clean, soft, and smelling wonderfully fresh. I can't recommend it enough!"

"This product is a game changer. I use this product for a “top and tail” first thing in the morning when I freshen up my little one - especially if a blowout is involved. A little goes a long way when applied to a cotton pad. Since it’s micellar water, it doesn’t leave a sticky feeling at all. It’s truly amazing!"
